Philosophy is defined as a theory underlying or regarding a sphere of activity or thought. Well, my theory is if I can add at least 10 new books to my Wishlist and move at least 5 older Wishlist selections to my TBR list every month, then life is a ice cream sundae. And if I can find those 10 books from at least 5 new blogs each month then that's the cherry on top.

Well, I've made it almost 5 years now, so for better or worse, I continue on. I tend to blog in spurts as the urge to be creative erupts. As I don't have an artistic bone in my body, you will see very few changes in the layouts. Hey, I'm a reader not an artist like so many of the awesome bloggers I follow. I know you don't always have the time but if you stopped and looked, take a half a minute and say your piece. Recommend a book that you have enjoyed or hated for that matter. Thank you to all who visit.
Oh, and I moved my Google Friend Connect info and share this buttons to the top, as without our friends, who are we?

Cat café owner Jules Rodriguez has never been a wild child—and she’s never had a problem with that truth before. But now her ex is back in town and dredging up dose after dose of humiliation. In desperation, she tells him she’s dating Adam, the town bad boy—back in town after a decade of traveling the rodeo circuit. She doesn’t expect for the impulsive kiss between them to be scorching hot—or for Adam to agree to pretend to be her boyfriend to keep her ex off her back. After his best friend died twelve years ago, Adam Meyer put Devil’s Falls in his rearview—and he hasn’t stopped running since. But now his mother is sick and he’s back, at least for a little while. What better way to distract himself than to indulge Jules’s little revenge scheme? Jules figures there’s no one better in town to help her become more exciting than the legendary hell raiser himself, but she doesn’t anticipate the fact that Adam seems to kind of like her just the way she is—and he has no problem showing her that while whispering filthy things in her ear. But this thing between them has an expiration date no matter how much they’re enjoying their time together—Adam has always considered putting down roots a death sentence, and Jules’s roots in Devil’s Falls are bedrock deep.
Thoroughly enjoyable read!  I loved the small town setting and the fabulous characters. Jules was so adorable and she had me laughing out loud on numerous occasions. Adam was so hot! and the perfect guy to help Jules get a scandalous reputation.  My fav guy is hot, kind, and sweet to older people and animals--and Adam had this and so much more. A pretty quick read. I read it in hours and thoroughly enjoyed it from the first page till the last!

My first book by Katee Robert was The Marriage Contract. Her characters are very swoon-worthy.
