- May leave complete mailing address on form. These are deleted 
as soon as contest is completed and are never, ever given out except 
to Book Depository for shipping. This speads up my ordering of the books.
- The Book Depository must ship to you with free delivery

for 5 additional entries.
- When giving away gift cards, you may choose Amazon, Barnes & Noble or
 a book from Depository.
- Except when shipping books from me or limited by publishers, all giveaways will be open internationally.
- Rafflecopter will chose winner thru Random.org
- One entry only
- If for any reason Rafflecopter is down, information may be left in post
- If you prefer a Kindle or Nook format rather than a printed copy, you may 
request it when notified of win. You may also change your mind on book choice at this time.
- Winners will be notified no later than 7 days after closing of contest
and have 72 hours (3 days) to respond to email. If no response within 72 hours a new winner will be chosen.
