  1. We hide 100 eggs and then my 4 kids get to each find 25. The eggs are filled with candy and the kids love this. Even though my oldest 2 are now teenagers, they still have fun with it. Thanks for the giveaway!

  9. We usually have my whole immediate family (~14 of us with spouses and kids)gather at our mom's house for lunch and it extends to after dinner. We always stage an egg hunt for the kids too! :)

  66. We have an Easter Egg hunt for my 3 kids. Each kid has their own color of egg, so if they find someone else's egg, they just leave it there. That way it's fair for everyone. They are teenagers now and they still want to do this every year!! haha

When I was little me and my mom would color eggs and my family would hide small baskets with candy in the garden. :) But now that i'm grown up I unfortunately don't get to search for hidden Easter treasures (yeah I'm a total kid at heart :D), so now my family and I go out to eat and then to my grandma's for some coffee and cake. :)

  114. Easter changes for us every year. When I was a child I'd wake up to find the front and back yard covered with colorful eggs, hunt every one of them, and come back to see what was inside, followed by searching for my easter basket. Now that I'm almost 20, that's all changed (though I wish that it hadn't!) so we just go to a family member's or friend's house for dinner.

But I DO try to treat myself a little bit, somehow. So, tonight I might go home and have my favourite pizza for tea and watch a movie, or maybe get in bed really early and read for hours with hot chocolate... :)
