My birthday is the start of Spring for me.
The way the air seems to smell fresher, like it is about to rain.
When I can take the grandchildren out to play without a hundred pounds of clothes on them.
My garden will bloom, also, a change in the weather :( which I don't like.

When I feel the warmth of sunlight on my skin.
I live in an area where we do not really have Spring because it is hot most of the year. When I was younger, and lived up north, I thought there is a change in the way the air smelled that told me it was Spring. :)

Once the cherry blossoms on the cherry blossom trees start to bloom, my personal spring starts! That, and the time I know I can put away my winter boots into storage. :D
